Context
Developed a sophisticated TV interface for hospital waiting rooms, enabling seamless announcements of diverse content and real-time queue updates. The interface adheres to a flexible design system, ensuring easy and effective branding.
Design solution
Upon project delivery, the client assumed control of branding the design system, with the autonomy to select colors and typography. I prioritized a non-designer-friendly approach, emphasizing maximum intuitiveness for the design system. Opted for visually streamlined layouts, minimizing information for effortless screen scanning and readability.

Results and impact
Deployed across 12 hospitals and 26 medical centers in Spain, the project holds significant daily influence, reaching an average of 15,000 users.
Process
Following a comprehensive analysis of requirements, the process commenced with benchmarking diverse solutions. Subsequently, main layouts were meticulously defined, drawing inspiration from prevalent patterns identified in the benchmark. Attention was then directed towards studying screen edge rules and establishing safe areas to ensure optimal content display on any TV. The final step involved readability testing from a distance of 5 meters.
